Do guests need to install anything?
No. The submission form is a web page — guests just scan and open it in any mobile browser.
How does content moderation work?
Every submission lands in a pending state. Staff approve or reject from the queue manager before it ever plays. You can also set keyword blacklists and auto-ban rules.
Can we run it across multiple locations?
Yes. The system is multi-tenant by design. Each restaurant gets its own RESTAURANT_ID, isolated queue, settings, and analytics.
What happens when the queue is empty?
The TV display automatically switches to a fallback playlist (promos, brand video, etc.) and shows a QR panel encouraging new submissions.
Is the TikTok embed reliable?
We use iframe embeds with load retry logic and auto-skip on failure. Preloading of the next item keeps transitions seamless.
